Information that is gathered from visitors

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

How the Information is used

The information is used to enhance the vistor's experience when using the website to display personalised content, such as 'items you may also like...'.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
If you opt in to the newsletter, E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our products, services and offers by us.

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive, or on the main newsletter page.

The visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit, may also be used with website specific Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is used to better understand which parts of our site are of more interest to users, and the search terms used to arrive at the website.

• A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to all orders returned without authorization or reported after the 14 days.

Delivery:

• Items are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks
• All domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground, unless otherwise specified
• All overseas orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail, unless otherwise specified
• Any additional costs (i.e. duty) incurred will be billed to the receiver
